Reservations

To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, we highly recommend booking your ride in advance. Reserving ahead of time guarantees availability and allows us to provide seamless service tailored to your needs. While we do accommodate last-minute bookings, availability may be affected during peak periods, including holidays, special events, busy weekends, and high-travel seasons. Demand during these times is exceptionally high, and securing your reservation early is the best way to ensure your trip is confirmed. If you require urgent transportation, we encourage you to contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

No-Show Policy

Punctuality is key to ensuring a seamless transportation experience. If a client does not arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, our driver and dispatch team will attempt to establish contact. However, if no response is received within 30 minutes, the driver will leave the premises, and the full No-Show fee will be charged. To avoid this charge, we encourage clients to remain accessible and notify us promptly if delays occur. If additional waiting time is required, authorization must be obtained through our office.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling, clients must cancel their reservations within the required timeframe. For local rides, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. For non-local rides, a minimum of 8 hours notice is required. Cancellations made after these deadlines will be subject to full service charges. We strongly encourage clients to notify our dispatch team promptly if there are any changes in plans to avoid unnecessary fees.

Vehicle Damages

Clients assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests during the ride. Any necessary repairs to restore the vehicle to its proper condition will be billed to the client.

Cleaning Fees

To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our vehicles, any beverage spills, food messes, or mud stains will be considered beyond normal use and will incur a cleaning fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle remains in good condition during their ride. If excessive cleaning or sanitation is required due to spills or other mishaps, an additional charge will be applied to cover the cost of restoring the vehicle to its proper state.

No Smoking Policy

For the comfort and cleanliness of all passengers, smoking inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the driver. Clients who wish to smoke must request approval from the chauffeur beforehand. Unauthorized smoking will result in a $300 fee. Additionally, if excessive cleaning or sanitation is required due to smoking-related odors, ash, or residue, the client will be responsible for covering all associated cleaning costs.

Credit Card Transactions

All transactions are securely encrypted to ensure the protection of client payment information. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.

Service Rate Adjustments Policy

At Levita, we strive to provide high-quality services while adapting to industry trends, operational costs, and market conditions. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to adjust our service rates at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance to ensure transparency and allow you to plan accordingly. We appreciate your continued support and trust in Levita.

Billing Dispute Policy

Clients have 15 days from the date of service or charge to dispute any billing concerns. If a dispute is not raised within this timeframe, all charges will be considered final and non-refundable. To initiate a dispute, clients must submit a written request detailing the issue to our customer support team. We encourage prompt communication to resolve any concerns efficiently.

Waiting Time Policy

– Airport pickups: Up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time based on flight arrival updates.

– Non-airport pickups: A 15-minute grace period applies. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Meet-Greet Service

For airport pickups, our chauffeurs will meet clients at baggage claim to assist with luggage and ensure a seamless experience. If preferred, clients may request a curbside pickup at the time of booking for quicker departures.

Parking Fees

Parking fees for airport pickups will be included in the final bill.

General

Our starting prices for Transfers and Errands cover trips within a 30-mile radius of downtown Los Angeles and distances up to 30 miles between pickup and drop-off points. Additional charges apply for longer distances.

Our Hourly/As directed/Corporate service includes multiple stops and unlimited mileage. Minimum booking requirement of 2 hours.

The listed prices apply exclusively to the Mercedes-Benz sedan and Cadillac Escalade.
